Casey Kosh
Casey’s career in the restaurant industry began humbly, starting as a dishwasher and steadily progressing through higher roles. Casey boldly ventured into entrepreneurship, opening Amerigo’s Seafood and Pasta in Spring, Texas, in 1989 when his daughter Tina was just three months old. This venture proved immensely successful, paving the way for Amerigo’s Grille in The Woodlands, Texas 1994. As the first upscale dining option in The Woodlands, Amerigo’s Grille has since established itself as a premier destination for fine dining.
Tina Kosh
Tina’s journey in the family restaurant business is fueled by her deep-rooted passion for hospitality. Her graduation in 2011 from the University of Houston, Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, was a testament to her dedication. With a natural flair for event planning, Tina honed her skills as a Conference Service Manager at Hotel Zaza in Houston. She now oversees all back-of-the-house operations, including the office, PR marketing, and private events. On a personal note, Tina’s dedication to her work is mirrored in her personal life, where she is a loving wife to her college sweetheart, Brandon, and a devoted mother of two: daughter Colette and son Brandon.
