Casey ditched his chemistry degree and began his career in the restaurant business as a humble dishwasher. He quickly moved through the ranks serving in such positions as busboy, waiter, banquet manager at Lakeside County Club, and finally General Manager at a mom and pop Italian Restaurant. In 1989 Casey and his wife Nancy opened a small Italian restaurant in Spring, Texas called Amerigo’s Seafood and Pasta when their daughter, Tina, was only three months old. It was such a hit that they decided to open Amerigo’s Grille in The Woodlands, Texas in 1994. It was the first upscale restaurant in The Woodlands and remains a premiere destination for fine dining.
Tina Kosh
Tina grew up in the family restaurant business and enjoys all things hospitality! Keeping true to her roots she graduated in 2011 from the University of Houston, Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Tina has always had a talent for event planning. She gained experience in Catering and Events as Conference Service Manager at Hotel ZaZa, Houston. Tina is in charge of all back of the house operations, overseeing the office, Marketing and Social Media, as well as Private Events. Tina is newly wed to her college sweetheart, Brandon. When she is not working hard she enjoys traveling and spending time with their Labradoodle, Wolf.
